Punk riffs and a sad story.

Mondo Generator's new single "One Two Three Four" might sound like a stoner rock rager, but its message is way darker than that. Mondo Generator's Nick Oliveri said behind the punk-fueled riffs and distorted vocals lies a story of someone who was only trying to cure their depression through medical means, but sadly took their own live.
"1234 is a song about depression and pills that doctors prescribe that make it worse," said Oliveri. "In this case, the person hangs herself. It’s a true story and the person I am singing about will remain missed by her loved ones, and will remain anonymous."
Mondo Generator will release their new record We Stand Against You on October 13. Pre-orders are available here.
